‘The Last Embrace’ to be screened at Seoul Int’l Extreme-Short Film Festival

Iran short film ‘The Last Embrace’ has been set to go on the silver screen at the 10th edition of Seoul Int’l Extreme-Short Film Festival in South Korea.

Directed by Saman Hosseinpour, the short film is to attend the competition section of the South Korean film event.

"A little girl wants to show her drawing to her family, but everybody is busy with their cell phones. She goes to her grandpa who has just passed away a few minutes ago without anybody noticing it," The Last Embrace' brief synopsis reads.

'The Last Embrace' previously nabbed Grand Short Film Prize at the Seoul Guro International Kids Film Festival in South Korea.

The Seoul International Extreme-Short Image & Film Festival (SESIFF) consists of competition, non-competition and production support programs, aimed at “creating a cosmopolitan cultural environment where anyone can enjoy movies in various places beyond cinemas and through various channels.”

The 10th edition of the event is slated for September 11-16 in Seoul, South Korea.
